Grinding wheel selection is critical for both manufacturing brand-new blades and resharpening worn blades after long-term service. Most manufacturers still adopt conventional abrasive wheels to grind blade edges, which leads to insufficient sharpness and short blade service life.

2. Reciprocating traverse speed: 4.5 m/min
3. Infeed depth per step: 0.01 毫米
4. After each 5~15 reciprocating strokes, feed another 0.01 毫米. The next feeding operation can be executed when grinding sparks weaken or disappear completely.

• Service Life of Single Grinding Wheel: One wheel can grind 500~600 pieces of blades in the above size.
• Customer Feedback: End users report that blades sharpened by our CBN wheel feature superior sharpness and crisp cutting sound during paper cutting. The regrinding interval has been extended: from 100 reams of paper cut per sharpening to 120~150 reams.
