Wir verfügen über ein komplettes Produktportfolio, das vier Kernproduktserien umfasst, um den unterschiedlichen Präzisionsschleif- und Schneidanforderungen gerecht zu werden. Zu unseren Hauptprodukten gehören verschiedene Serien von Diamant-/CBN-Schleifscheiben 4 Aspekte: Schleifscheiben für die Holzbearbeitungsindustrie, CNC-Schleifscheiben, Ultradünne Trennscheiben, und Spezialschleifscheiben. Zusätzlich zu Standardprodukten, Wir unterstützen personalisierte, nicht standardmäßige maßgeschneiderte Dienstleistungen entsprechend der individuellen Verarbeitungsausrüstung des Kunden, handwerkliche Anforderungen und Werkstückeigenschaften zur Lösung vielfältiger Produktionsanforderungen. Unsere Fabrik befindet sich in der High-Tech-Zone Huayuan, Tianjin-Stadt.

R&D Capability
The company focuses on the R&D of superhard grinding wheel technology with a professional technical team. With in-depth industry experience, we are familiar with the grinding pain points of various materials, equipment and processing techniques. We independently optimize abrasive formulas, bond ratios and product structures for high-precision grinding, special difficult-to-grind materials and special-shaped processing scenarios. We support rapid solution design, sample testing and technical customization to provide targeted grinding solutions for customers.
Production Capacity
Equipped with complete automatic production, forming, sintering and finishing equipment, our factory realizes one-stop closed-loop production from raw material proportioning, compression molding, high-temperature curing to precision finishing and finished product inspection. With standardized and mature production procedures, we support mass production of standard grinding wheels and small-batch, multi-specification non-standard customization. Stable production efficiency and delivery cycle ensure consistent product hardness, precision and balance, meeting customers’ diverse delivery requirements such as stock supply, bulk order and urgent customization. Capacity is 20k pcs per month.
Quality Control
We have established a strict full-process quality control system covering raw material warehousing, production processing and finished product delivery. All raw materials are strictly screened before entering production. Real-time sampling inspection is carried out during production to control forming accuracy, curing temperature and abrasive layer uniformity. Finished products are fully inspected on dimensional accuracy, runout, balance, hardness and grinding performance. Multi-layer quality management avoids common defects such as eccentricity, deformation, poor wear resistance and tool burning, ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
Full-Service Support
We provide one-stop full services including pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales support. Pre-sales, we offer free product selection, process matching and customized solution consultation according to customers’ equipment, workpiece materials, processing techniques and precision requirements. In-sales, we track production progress and feedback sample and production status in real time. After-sales, we provide technical guidance, usage consultation and fault adaptation services. We respond quickly to customer demands and continuously optimize usage effects to solve all grinding problems for customers.
